∎ . Must have extensive experience of product development, accessories, costing and execution of orders independently.
∎ . Should have proper knowledge about garments accessories.
∎ . In depth knowledge on overall Accessories Marketing.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Should have proper knowledge about Garments Accessories.
∎ . Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
∎ . Meeting planned sales goals.
∎ . Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
∎ . Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
∎ . Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
∎ . Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
∎ . The ongoing training of your salespeople.
∎ . Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
∎ . Promoting the organization and products.
∎ . Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
∎ . Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
∎ . Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
∎ . Organize, manage, pursue and coordinate all sales activities.
∎ . To keep update the monthly sales progress to the management.
∎ . Maintain, regularize and update activities in online sales system on daily basis.
∎ . Extensive travel within the territory to maximize market coverage.
