As part of our expansion, we are looking for some dynamic and experienced HR professional who will play a key role in strengthening our HR functions. The ideal candidate should be capable of aligning HR strategies with business goals, managing a growing workforce, and fostering a positive and high-performance culture across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the assigned departments, acting as the primary HR point of contact.
- Handle the full employee lifecycle including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, and separations.
- Managing Performance Management System (PMS) by setting and monitoring KRA & KPI, analyze individual performance, take necessary steps to rectify shortfall and improve efficiency of employees.
- Support daily HR operations, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate performance management, appraisals, and employee development initiatives for the responsible departments.
- Assist in compensation & benefits administration, including preparing payroll inputs and managing benefit programs.
- Organize employee engagement activities and contribute to fostering a positive and productive work culture.
- Ensure smooth off-boarding processes including exit interviews and final settlements.
- Assist in change management & cultural transformation.
- Any other tasks assigned by the HOD/Management
