Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Vast knowledge of local Labor Law as well as ACCORD, ALLIANCE, GRS, OKEO TEX, RCS and other certifications.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resources & Development, Social Compliance, and Compliance related activities.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Padding, Quilting, Fiber, PSF, RMG
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work under Pressure; Computer skill, Email Communications, MS Word Excel PowerPoint, Risk Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration in Garments Industry, HR Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

Job Context:
∎ Apply only if you are experienced in HR and Compliance in the RMG sector.
∎ We are looking for individuals for this position who are dynamic, intellectual, self-driven, enthusiastic, honest, sincere, and experienced.
∎ Asst. Manager & Manager Applicants shall have at least 02 years of experience in similar post.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and implement HR policies in accordance with existing laws of the country as well as compliance and certification requirements by the buyers.
∎ Develop and implement required systems and procedures to ensure compliance and certification like ACCORD, ALLIANCE, GRS, OEKO TEX, RCS, and others as and when required by the buyers.
∎ Establish and implement efficient systems and procedures to ensure prompt services and effective controls, including data/information and records, etc.
∎ Ensure effective utilization of the workforce by working with functional heads on a cross-functional staffing system.
∎ Coordinate with functional Heads to identify the various training and development needs and organize the same with the help of external and internal sources and monitor the effectiveness of training.
∎ Manpower Planning according to the requirements forwarded by the production team.
∎ Ensure Labor Law-related practices in the factory and compliance.
∎ Lead, coordinate, and support all activities for Compliance Audit.
∎ Responsible for ensuring a healthy workplace, safety, hygiene, and environment.
∎ Ensure that the factory is compliant 24/7 and always ready for any unannounced Audit by the buyers and/or competent authorities.
∎ Follow-up on and support continuous improvement on fire and structural safety.
∎ Maintain Compliance documentation in accordance with the requirements of certification authorities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Must have Garments-related experience.
∎ Essential practical knowledge (preferably with training) of Labor Law.
∎ Practical experience in handling Compliance Audits independently.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Excellent in interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented

Salary: Negotiable
