Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft office suite.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a potential candidate who will lead strategic efforts to grow Solar PV Module Marketing and Sales segment. This role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, establishing and nurturing client relationships and achieving sales targets. He/She will play a pivotal role in promoting sustainable energy solutions.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
Proactively create additional sales with new and existing customers.
Track and analyze customer sales history and purchasing trends.
Identify revolving market demand and product key features.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with operations team to align sales efforts.
Prepare and present sales and forecast reports to senior management.
Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and establish new network.
Good knowledge of shipping documentation requirements and international trade regulations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
