Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidates are required to perform their job responsibilities in Day and Night Shifts in every alternate weeks.
∎ The ideal candidates will be responsible to manage Dyeing bulk production related activities of the factory effectively. He will have to ensure optimum Dyeing production as per specification with due consideration of quality.
∎ Major Job Responsibilities of the position are as follows:
∎ Recipe Confirmation.
∎ Unload shade assessment.
∎ NPT HRs reduce follow up.
∎ Bulk to bulk and lab to bulk follow up (RFT).
∎ Matching option confirmation before Dyeing.
∎ Dyes and chemical use and it's follow up.
∎ Work on reducing process and topping.
∎ Have to understand potential risk factors for bulk production and take steps.
∎ Check and ensure all fabrics are weight as batch card before dying including accessories.
∎ Ensure all SOP are being followed.
∎ Review process findings and take corrective action to eliminate re-occurrence.
∎ Check and monitor inventory level of all dyes and chemical before loading in dyeing machine.
∎ Have good knowledge on dyeing machine and dyeing machine capacity and its utilization.
∎ Analyze production data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials and quality control measures and increase productivity.
∎ Everyday list all work gap and discus with team member for further development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having minimum 05 years of experience in Dyeing production in Knit Composite/Dyeing Factory are only requested to apply.
∎ Should have proven leadership quality & be result oriented
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere, hardworking and able to work in a team environment.
∎ Should have knowledge on computer applications.
