Role Objective
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving revenue by facilitating the buying, selling, and renting of premium properties within the BTI Brokerage portfolio. This role requires a high-energy professional who can build long-term relationships with HNI (High Net Worth Individual) clients and provide expert market insights.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Proactively identify and reach out to potential buyers and sellers through cold calling, networking, and following up on company-generated leads.
Property Portfolio Management: List and market secondary properties, ensuring all documentation is accurate and the property is presented at BTI’s premium standards.
Services: Conduct site visits and provide clients with detailed market analysis, investment ROI, and legal/procedural guidance.
Negotiation: Act as a bridge between buyers and sellers to negotiate prices and terms that ensure a win-win closure.
Sales Software input: Diligently update the system to track lead progress, meeting notes, and sales pipelines.
After-Sales Support: Coordinate with the legal and registration teams to ensure a smooth handover process for the client.
