Additional Requirements:
- Age 35 to 45 years
- Having at least 5 years working experience in the similar field with similar position.
- Professional training would be advantage.
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and quality standards (AQL).
- Proficiency in quality audit processes and technical knowledge.
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire teams.
- Must have computer literacy.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure the quality of trims and accessories to reflect the customers' requirements.
- Responsible for all the quality activities and maintaining departmental KPI.
- Monitor printing/finishing, cutting, weaving, assembling section for on time delivery.
- Inspection and assessment at various stages in the test process-product conformity according to buyer specifications.
- Follow up of the quality related report.
