Inventory management, Real Estate Sales, Secondary product buy and sell
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have in depth and practical knowledge about Real Estate and its present market conditions, demand, price etc.
∎ Primarily responsible for Secondary Real Estate Market (Property Buying & Selling Agent).
∎ Responsible for inventories acquisition (land, apartment, commercial spaces etc.).
∎ Communicate with sellers and required site visit in regular basis.
∎ Should have excellent presentation and negotiation skill with seller.
∎ Coordinate with sales team and perform as an extended part of sales team.
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve individual target.
∎ Potentiality to develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with the existing clients (sellers).
∎ Make cold calls to prospective sellers and continue follow-ups
∎ Visit sellers or prospective customers outside the office in regular basis.
∎ Visit projects with prospective customers to meet their quires.
∎ Look after customers' quarries and develop a trustworthy relationship with customers (sellers).
∎ Capable to collect latest market information and incorporate the same into a marketing strategy to achieve the target.
∎ Capable to assess customers' and sellers' needs, negotiate with them and finalize the deal through consultation with HOD.
∎ Perform any other activities as and when required by the management for the purpose of enhancement of sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in Real Estate Secondary Market (Property buying & selling agent) for inventory acquisitions shall be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable
