Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Environmental Compliance, Factory Compliance, Health Safety and Environment, Social Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and oversee environmental and sustainability issues.
∎ Develop green policies and initiatives that emphasize the proper use of environmental resources with a focus on sustaining these resources.
∎ Initiating renewable energy assessments.
∎ Communicate with different stakeholders to ensure & develop sustainability programs in the organization.
∎ Developing a company's environmental policies and procedures, including recycling programs, alternative energy use, and water conservation efforts.
∎ Monitoring environmental impacts of company operations and making recommendations for improvement.
∎ Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations by working with government agencies and other stakeholders.
∎ Well Conversant with Step-By Oeko-Tex, Higg, GTW & CFW Audit.
∎ Good knowledge on ETP, Water Recycling Plant, CFW Action Plan, Wash recipe & Chemicals
∎ Yearly Sustainability report preparation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years

∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Relevant work experience & fair idea about garments/Textile environmental issues.
∎ The incumbent should have at least 5 Years working experience in Environmental Management System with large Garments.
