Job Context:
∎ We are looking for dynamic individuals to work with our ITS (Information Technology & Solutions) team.
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Familiar with data Databases including Oracle
∎ Exposure of basic business processes
∎ Supporting of basic issues or reporting of existing Oracle EBS systems issues, CR in coordination with end user is essential to reflect end user requirements
∎ Perform clearly defined software development USER specs of low complexity
∎ Participate in developing fixes, supporting or enhancements in coordination with business users for existing applications/systems and/or new applications as specified.
∎ Understand and use technical documentation
∎ Be the service provider of Engineering, Automation, Production Systems, WareHouse Management and quality information systems with ERP landscape (oracle Industrial modules' ITS partner
∎ When appropriate work with application teams for local utilization (e.g. BI/KPIs for sales/other apps dashboards)
∎ Prepare SOPs, formats and procedures
∎ Ensure actionable Disaster Recovery Plans for critical local application systems are available
∎ Report Key Process Indicators to company ITS Head and other relevant parties
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field. Prior experience in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare environment would be an added advantage.
∎ Essential Skills :
∎ MS SQL/Oracle knowledge
∎ Familiarity with REST/SOAP. API ,Integration
∎ Ability to learn
∎ Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, design and develop systems
∎ Team player and individual contributor
∎ Ability to accurately identify root cause of technical problems
∎ Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
∎ Ability to adapt to change
