• Minimum 5 years of experience in a travel agency,

• Strong knowledge of IATA procedures and GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

• Proficiency in English and Bangla.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle air ticket reservations, re-issuance, refunds, and cancellations using GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).

• Communicate with airlines and clients to confirm bookings and resolve issues.

• Prepare itineraries, fare quotes, and travel documentation accurately.

• Maintain daily sales and booking reports.

• Assist customers with visa, hotel, and tour package information as needed.

• Ensure high-quality customer service and support to clients.
