The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/ Visa Processing, and Tour Package.

• Manage the tourist visa application process for various destinations, including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen countries, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Thailand, UAE etc.

• Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on visa requirements, documentation, and procedures for different countries.

• Ensure all application forms are correctly filled out, and fees are paid as required.

• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to expedite visa approvals and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

• Conduct thorough review and verification of visa applications and supporting documents to minimize errors and maximize approval rates.

• Maintain comprehensive records of visa applications, approvals, denials, and related correspondence for documentation and reporting purposes.

• Handle escalated cases or complex visa applications, employing problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure successful outcomes.

• In addition to this, priority will be given to candidates who know student visa processing. Plan, organize, and operate domestic & international tour packages.

• Communicate with clients to understand their tour requirements and provide suitable packages.

• Coordinate hotel booking, transportation, sightseeing, and itineraries.

• Ensure smooth travel arrangements for individuals and groups.

• Maintain communication with airlines, hotels, transport companies & tour guides.

• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, invoices, and tour-related documents.

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media.

• Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tourism trends, destinations, and offers.

• Assist in marketing promotions and travel-related campaigns.
