Accounts, Communication, ERP Softwear, Finance/ Accounts, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Financial Statement, MS PowerPoint
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce, Importer, Retail Store, Wholesale
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and ensure day-to-day Accounts and financial activities are appropriately recorded in Books of Accounts and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
∎ Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and mitigate financial risks.
∎ Prepare, examine, and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy.
∎ Reconcile the transaction of Cash, Bank, Debtor’s creditors, etc.
∎ Sound knowledge in computerized accounting, financial planning, cost, banking, Tax & VAT, and other related activities.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end closing processes.
∎ Ensure that financial records are audit-ready at all times and able to face audits whenever required.
∎ Conduct internal audits to assess financial controls and provide recommendations to top management.
∎ Cost analysis and interpretation of the process.
∎ Handling Company Tax and VAT-related papers.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management related to financial operations and reporting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Prior experience in team management and demonstrated leadership skills.
∎ Proficiency in using accounting software/systems, SAP, ERP, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
∎ Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of accuracy.
∎ Proactive approach and can-do attitude as well as good housekeeping and honesty.
