Leadership attitude

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality social media videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, promotional videos)

• Handle camera operations, lighting setup, and framing for professional output

• Edit videos using industry-standard software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar)

• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts in collaboration with the marketing team

• Ensure proper color grading, sound editing, and visual consistency

• Manage video files, footage, and equipment efficiently

• Stay updated with latest video trends and techniques

• Meet deadlines and deliver projects within timelines
