Responsibilities & Context:
Explore and onboard potential retail partners and dealers in line with company objectives.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term dealer and retailer relationships.
Ensure regular product orders and drive consistent sales growth from dealers/retailers.
Conduct field visits across assigned areas to present offerings, promote products, and strengthen brand awareness.
Strategically plan, monitor, and expand partnerships with dealers and retailers.
Manage sales transactions, credit recovery, and collection processes efficiently.
Address partner/dealer needs and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Monitor stock levels and implement proactive measures to maximize sales performance.
Maintain financial transparency through accurate reconciliation with partners and dealers.
