Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining necessary books of accounts of the organization (Cash book, Ledger. Registers, etc.).
∎ Posting all books of accounts through accounting software.
∎ Preparation of required vouchers & documents against receipts & fund disbursement.
∎ Developing statements of expenditure, and invoices as per the requirement of the project/organization.
∎ Preparing required financial reports and statements.
∎ Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements.
∎ Processing of payments as required.
∎ Assist in organizing external audits of organizations & projects.
∎ Prepare fund flow statements and documentation of financial records.
