∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ On hand experience on Solar Power Plant Project will get preference.
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication skill and leadership qualities
∎ Strong analytical skills and Ability to work under pressure
∎ Strong communication skills in verbal and written in English & Bengali and Report Writing.
∎ Knowledge of Auto CAD
∎ Handy in MS Office application, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To assure the well maintenance of all the resources including direct resources like Generator, chiller, Air Compressor, Yarn condition plant, Heat setting, Cooling Tower Machinery, Load management, Temperature humility control and other equipment for proper functioning.
∎ Execute and maintain all types of Electrical, Mechanical, and plumbing works like Power distribution, Load balancing, Generator, HVAC, different kinds of Relay, Sensor, Elevator, Industrial washing machines, Dryer, treadmill, etc.
∎ Direct maintenance work, all type of electrical work, Plumbing, AC install and servicing, Electric meter, Generator maintenance, WASA line problem solution etc.
∎ To Repair and Maintain Diesel Generator, substation and Lift.
∎ To be responsible for ensuring proper utilization of gas, electricity, water and other utilities for uninterrupted service.
∎ Check and confirm the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by engineering staffs.
∎ Maintaining and ensuring critical spares of machine & Keep consumption records & checklists of the same.
∎ Follow up and give reports to the management of the project's various types of work as assigned by the authority.
∎ Regularly check the quality of different task and work and the methods used by engineering staff, technicians and keep consumption records & checklists of the same.
∎ Plan & generate new ideas implementation for engineering and maintenance work.
∎ Any other departmental works assigned by the management.
