∎ Master of Science (MSc) in CSE, CSIT, CSC, or Equivalent Degree
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, CSIT, CSC, or Equivalent Degree
∎ Skills Required: MS Office Applications, MS Project
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Agile methodology, scrum certified
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting stakeholder requirement analysis, costs benefit analysis, and process modeling
∎ Determining system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users
∎ Provide project-level analysis - producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements document (BRD) with present and proposed workflows and schedule, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
∎ Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing client relationships.
∎ Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' objectives.
∎ Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results.
∎ Manage the business analyst team, listening to different members' recommendations and taking measures to maximize the efficacy of the team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced with eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of stakeholders.
∎ Solid knowledge of various business processes like accounting, banking transactions, Payroll, Inventory processes, etc.
∎ Must be conversant in writing functional and technical documents in English.
∎ Good understanding of databases and other IT technology.
∎ Must be able to work collaboratively with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
∎ Ability to facilitate internal end-user proficiency.
∎ Exceptional communication skills in facilitating the use of new software systems.
∎ Knowledge of relevant licensing and industry compliance regulations.
