Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifies opportunities to improve processes, leads and develops recommendations, and provides process reports to management.
∎ Coordinating with the production teams of the company for their efforts.
∎ Prepare reports on various procedures that have been attempted in order to eliminate methods that do not work.
∎ To complete any type of work/task required by management.
∎ Find Bottlenecks, Technical difficulties, Machine, Manpower and quality related issues in production area.
∎ Provide plan for optimal capacity planning with cost reduction and increased profitability.
∎ Material planning for Supply chain for all in hand orders based on current production vs. shipment plan.
