• Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Marketing

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

• Minimum Graduation degree in Marketing, Economics, Management or Commerce from any reputed university.

• Having completed PGD in Marketing will be given preference.

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Paint

• Minimum TEN to TWELVE (10-12) years of relevant experience in the paint industry or in other building materials sectors (e.g. Steel, Cement, Auto Bricks etc.).

The Sales Personnel meets and exceeds sales objectives for his/her assigned territory by promoting and selling paints through professional sales techniques, product attributes, and long-term customer relationships. This position will be based out of various regions across the Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement area sales development plans for the assigned territory.

• Design distributor and sales officer setup/expansion plans to strengthen the sales network.

• Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets in line with company objectives.

• Prepare monthly sales planning, forecasting, and review create minutes of meeting as per company requirements.

• Conduct regular sales meetings with area teams to track performance, address gaps, and set action plans.

• Ensure continuous sales growth by exploring new markets, untapped opportunities, and expanding customer base.

• Monitor and manage relationships with painters, paint contractors, influencers, and key accounts; organize Painter Meets, Engineer Meets, and product demonstration sessions.

• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and support timely collection of outstanding payments.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and ensure brand visibility in the market.

• Prepare and submit comprehensive sales and performance reports to higher management within set timelines.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines in all sales activities.

• Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience & qualifications).

• Other Allowances: Mobile bill, TA & DA.
