Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from any reputed university.

• Age At most 32 years

• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in architectural design (both exterior and interior), project coordination, and site support.

• Strong design sense in exterior (site layout, landscaping) and interior (space planning, furniture layout, finishing).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.

• Knowledge of BNBC, RAJUK rules, and relevant building codes.

• Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage design tasks independently and within team collaboration.

• Prepare and develop architectural drawings, working drawings, and 3D visuals.

• Assist in exterior design including landscaping, and environmental considerations.

• Support in interior layouts including space planning, ceiling, lighting, and finishing.

• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure accurate implementation.

• Conduct site visits for measurement, drawing verification, and design support.

• Research design trends, new materials, and technologies.

• Ensure compliance with BNBC and other regulatory standards.

• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by management.
