∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Must have experience in feed Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Hatchery, Poultry

Job Context:
∎ We are one of the largest conglomerate in Bangladesh is looking a dynamic and self-driven professional for our Sales & Marketing team.
∎ Must have vast experience Sales & Marketing of poultry, Fish & Cattle Feed.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a group of sales personnel.
∎ Overall monitoring and supervision of sales and marketing activities.
∎ Preparation and implementation of sales plan of the company.
∎ Market wise yearly sales budget of the company.
∎ Conduct marketing research and define potential market segment for the existing/new products of the company.
∎ Monitoring team's performance and motivating team members to reach individual target.
∎ Develop and establish customer service model that includes, customer communications and feedback, customer complaints management and technical assistance components.
∎ Performing any other relevant jobs as management decides.
∎ Formulate, implement and review plan & policies for marketing management.
∎ Ensure effective coordination and cooperation with vendors, distributors/dealers, factories, Marketing team and the management for all marketing initiatives and business development.
