∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides financial information to head of department by researching and analysing accounting data; preparing reports
∎ Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information
∎ Manage all accounting transactions
∎ Documents financial transactions by entering account information
∎ Recommends financial actions by analysing accounting options
∎ Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information
∎ Secures financial information by completing database backups,
∎ Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
∎ Maintains financial security by following internal controls,
∎ Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements
∎ Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations
∎ Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analysing and summarising account information and trends
∎ Cooperate to make monthly, quarterly and annual closings
∎ Cooperate to Audit financial transactions and documents
∎ Should follow with financial policies and regulations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must post graduate degree in Accounting or Finance required
∎ Minimum 5+ years’ Work experience as an Accountant
∎ Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
∎ Hands-on experience with accounting software
∎ Experience with general ledger functions
∎ Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
∎ Strong financial analysis skills
∎ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
∎ Strong organisational and stress management skills
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
∎ Ability to train and manage staff
