Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Course Completed from any reputed CA Firm
∎ Training/Trade Course: Microsoft Advance Excel,Trally ERP 9
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Independently, Accounting, Accounting Software, Accounts Payable Receivable, Advance Excel
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishes financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information, and managing accounting staffs.
∎ Maintaining Central Accounts (Cash and Bank)
∎ Preparing Financial Statements (Monthly and Yearly)
∎ Ability to reconcile sales, purchases, cash, bank ledger.
∎ Adroit to check daily expenditures, vouchers, requisition and daily transactions
∎ Maintain all account books/ registers/ ledgers etc. including receivable and payable files.
∎ Handle accounting software independently (Tally ERP-9)
∎ Ability to support and prepare company monthly accounts.
∎ Ability to generate various performance reports like product-wise profitability through excel and word.
∎ Experience working with banking transactions and financing.
∎ Establishing appropriate tax and VAT accounting system.
∎ To ensure the proper statement of accounts Payable and Receivable.
∎ Daily receivable collection and Payable payment.
∎ Prepare and maintain all the vouchers, requisition slips & bills.
∎ Check all transactions like receive voucher, payment voucher, journal voucher, maintaining by accounts software.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Individuals project controlling reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in the field of building materials (Interior and Exterior) will get preference.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
