Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in CSE or related field from any reputed university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
∎ Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
∎ Experience in testing APIs
∎ Experience with functional, non-functional testing and documenting the testing process
∎ SQA Engineer will have to review and analysis development requests and will be countable to suggest workflows for the development of the project.
∎ Development requirement analysis to improve efficiency and quality of the product.
∎ Review requirements, technical documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
∎ Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
∎ Analyzing possible cause of the defect in the workflow.
∎ Experience in analyzing complex systems and developing strategies to test such systems.
∎ Experience on multiple platforms like Mobile (Android, iOS) and Web.
∎ Create, review and track meaningful bug and issue descriptions using issue tracking software (e.g. Orange SCRUM)
∎ Monitor teamwork and report to the authority
∎ Ability to work faster with little supervision and a be a self-starter.
∎ Develop test automation framework, automation scripts and automated test cases.
∎ Should have previous experiences on SCRUM based Agile team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Advanced SQA knowledge (Test Case, Test plan writing skill)
∎ Depth knowledge in project management software.
∎ Test automation (Jmeter, Selenium, JUnit) is a plus
∎ Programming knowledge in Java/ Python is a plus
