Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Fundraising and Grants Management Officer. The successful candidate will develop and implement fundraising strategies, manage grants, and cultivate donor relationships to support the organization's mission and initiatives.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Fundraising Strategy & Planning
∎ •Design and implement effective fundraising strategies that align with organizational goals.
∎ •Explore and pursue diverse funding sources, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
∎ Grant Management
∎ •Research and apply for relevant grants, managing the full grant lifecycle from proposal to reporting.
∎ •Ensure all applications, reports, and compliance requirements are submitted on time.
∎ Donor Relations
∎ •Maintain and strengthen relationships with current donors and partners.
∎ • Identify, engage, and steward new donors to foster long-term support.
∎ Internal Coordination
∎ •Collaborate with program and finance teams for accurate data, budgeting, and reporting in proposals.
∎ Fundraising Events
∎ •Organize and manage fundraising events, ensuring effective coordination with all stakeholders.
∎ Position Type: Full-time (Saturday to Thursday)
