Job Context:
∎ Star Particle Board Mills Ltd. is looking for a Brand specialist who will promote organization and develop effective brand strategies. Manage the company`s reputation, ensure brand consistency, and identify potential areas for brand building. Also assist with outreach and promotion efforts, including content management, and help create visual strategies. In addition to being an excellent communicator, multitasking and organizational abilities. The successful candidate will also have in- depth knowledge of marketing techniques and social media platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Survey the environment to identify leading practices in areas of marketing communication and support business marketing teams in creation of business/ product level marketing communication plan by providing such information.
∎ Develop budget for marketing communication team, assist Head Marketing Communication in preparing overall budget for the department and ensure adherence to the same.
∎ Manage field-level Brand Activation campaigns and other branding & promotional initiatives across Bangladesh for different businesses and products of Partex as per the Marketing Plan of each business.
∎ Interact with the business marketing teams to formulate business-level execution plans; Develop zonal marketing communication plans in line with the business and organization-level plans and monitor implementation of the same.
∎ Coordinate with Sales team at the field-level for execution of the marketing communication activities.
∎ Conduct Group-level as well as Business-level promotional events/ conferences/ workshops in close coordination with the concerned internal departments and external agencies.
∎ Provide inputs for preparation of marketing content and materials for communication, other product related inputs etc. based on feedback received at the ground level.
∎ Prepare and submit MIS for zone-wise implementation of marketing communication activities, coverage, percentage of budget utilized etc. on a regular basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Creativity Skill and good communication skill
∎ Analytical ability using data and industry trends to guide the branding decision.
∎ Thorough knowledge of basic marketing procedures and principles
∎ Reporting Skills
∎ Technology skills to perform research, track data and trends and develop digital campaigns.
