∎ Professional certification in L&D, Facilitation, or Instructional Design is preferred.
∎ Professional certification in L&D, Facilitation, or Instructional Design is preferred.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Hands-on experience in coordinating leadership or management development programs.
∎ Exposure to SAP Learning Module or other digital learning platforms is a plus.
∎ Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
∎ Strong skills in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with LMS or e-learning tools preferred.
∎ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
∎ Willingness to travel to field locations and factories.
∎ Detail-oriented, structured thinker with a passion for capability development.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and maintain the annual training calendar and plan based on functional needs and strategic priorities.
∎ Conduct annual and quarterly training needs assessments (TNA) across business units.
∎ Collaborate with department heads and line managers to identify skill and competency gaps.
∎ Design, develop and Facilite in-house learning programs and modules for technical, functional, and behavioral skills.
∎ Track training effectiveness through feedback, pre & post-training assessments, and performance improvement metrics.
∎ Prepare, manage, and track L&D budget including vendor payments, travel, logistics, and other training-related expenses.
∎ Organize onboarding, induction, and refresher programs across locations.
∎ Facilitate customer service and product knowledge sharing sessions directly when required.
∎ Coordinate with external training providers, institutes and universities for specialized/ management development programs.
∎ Manage logistics, scheduling, and feedback collection for outsourced training.
∎ Develop and roll out structured training programs for sales forces focusing on product knowledge, customer handling, and retail excellence.
∎ Support factory-based skill enhancement programs.

∎ The Specialist – Learning & Development (L&D) will design, implement, and evaluate learning initiatives that build organizational capability and improve employee performance. The role will focus on retail, sales, plant, and support functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee development needs.
