∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Experience as a Sous Chef, CDP, or similar role in a Pan-Asian restaurant.
∎ Strong knowledge of Pan-Asian cuisine, including Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean dishes.
∎ Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef, CDP, or similar role in a Pan-Asian restaurant.
∎ Culinary Expertise: Strong knowledge of Pan-Asian cuisine, including Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean dishes.
∎ Leadership Skills: Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain a disciplined kitchen environment
∎ Technical Skills: Skilled in food preparation, cooking, plating, and kitchen operations.
∎ Creativity: Ability to develop new dishes and innovative recipes while preserving authenticity.
∎ Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
∎ Hygiene & Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation practices.
∎ Language Skills: Basic communication skills in English and Bengali for smooth kitchen coordination.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the Head Chef in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
∎ Prepare and cook high-quality Pan-Asian dishes, maintaining authenticity and consistency.
∎ Develop and execute new recipes while maintaining the restaurant’s existing signature dishes.
∎ Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all menu items.
∎ Supervise, train, and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff.
∎ Assign tasks and ensure efficient delegation of responsibilities in the kitchen.
∎ Maintain a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and discipline.
∎ Collaborate with the Head Chef to create new dishes, seasonal specials, and fusion cuisine concepts.
∎ Research and introduce innovative cooking techniques and plating styles.
∎ Maintain a strong understanding of Asian food trends and customer preferences.
∎ Manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
∎ Monitor food costs and minimize waste while maximizing kitchen profitability.
∎ Ensure portion control and adherence to standard recipes to maintain food cost efficiency.
∎ Maintain the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
∎ Ensure all food preparation complies with safety regulations and HACCP standards.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
