Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Diploma in Culinary Management Course from any recognized institute;
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and maintain quality standards of patient food as per nutritional guidelines;
∎ Prepare Food Menu as per need in time
∎ Monitoring and educating the kitchen staff in maintaining quality food products to patients, patients' attendants, visitors and VIP's
∎ All food making in the team work with others Chefs;
∎ Taking feedback from the Service Manager, Dieticians on Patient/Patients' attendants on the quality of food;
∎ Helping the Service Manager in maintain daily check;
∎ Documentation of all incidents compliments and complaints related to food production;
∎ To ensure shift staffs are available in each shift;
∎ To ensure that quality of food preparation standards is in place according to international and national laws and regulations;
∎ To ensure that all kitchen staff must maintain the personal hygiene and grooming, area cleanliness, food safety and infection control guidelines;
∎ The job description may be changed /revised if the management deemed necessary;
∎ Perform any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the management as & when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Initially first one-month candidate will work in Labaid Hospitals Dhaka;
∎ Sous Chef the applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital IPD Kitchen Production/ Hotel/ Restaurant for at least a similar position 12 years.
