Happiness Cafe is seeking an experienced Chef / Sous Chef to oversee kitchen operations and maintain high-quality food production standards. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through quality food preparation and efficient kitchen management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
  • In the absence of the Executive Chef, take full responsibility for kitchen operations and team management.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and maintain operational discipline.
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and kitchen supply orders.
  • Maintain food costing and minimize wastage.
  • Coordinate menu planning and food production activities.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
