Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare consistent, high quality food products and entrées
Coordinate with Executive Chef on continental entrées
Help create new recipes and write menus
Manage cooking staff as directed by Executive Chef
Adhere to AEEA regulations and policies pertaining to health, food safety and hygiene
Perform other reasonable job duties as instructed by COO or Chief Administrative Officer.
