Job Responsibilities:
∎ Internet of Things (IoT) Enabled intrusion-based solution design and implement for Banks,
∎ Telecoms & RMG sector.
∎ Customer centric problem resolution and solution design, demonstration, project execution and
∎ overall ESS operation.
∎ Enhancing effectiveness by selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountability; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing training opportunities.
∎ Accomplish subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making quarterly corrections.
∎ Coordinating efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with internal & external clients.
∎ Shaping company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
∎ Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
∎ Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ IP & CCTV Technology understanding, installation, operations & sales experience is a plus point
∎ CCNA/CCNP and RHCSA/RHCE will get preference.
∎ Must have a sound knowledge of Security techniques / products working in IT Security Departments
∎ Understanding and ability to use iComply/VMS/Milestone in operation within the Central Monitoring Station.
∎ Understanding of computer-based planning software
∎ Quick to understand Securex Clients requirements and find out customer pain point.
∎ Awareness of Building Management Systems (BMS), Facilities management procedures.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary negotiable for Experience and deserving candidate.
