Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science/Software Engineering from any recognized university.Or
∎ Diploma in Computer Science.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive client's support requests and complains over the phone, online or directly face to face.
∎ Provide support, identify problems' root causes and provide solutions accordingly.
∎ Keep the record of each support and complain details after providing solutions.
∎ Have to visit the client's site when required.
∎ Resolve hardware, software and connectivity problems and determining the source of computer problems and providing solutions accordingly.
∎ Provide IT support to end users for e.g. end user's Desktop, Laptop, and other IT accessories.
∎ Repairing and recovering hardware or software failures and simultaneously coordinating and communicating with concerned authorities.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
∎ Conduct proper Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of LAN/ MAN/ WAN equipment like Router, Switch, etc.
∎ Perform other duties assigned by Top Management when required.
∎ Customer Support
∎ End User Training
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to learn technical skill
∎ Good team player
Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ First four month of the probationary period the gross Salary of 8000TK will be provided. After probationary period salary will be given 15000 TK
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Conveyance Allowance is Given by the Company
