Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
∎ Diploma in Computer/ B.Sc in Computer Science
∎ Skills Required: ASP .NET, Database
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ASP.NET, Customer Support, Software Implementation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Investment/Merchant Banking, IT Enabled Service, Share Brokerage/ Securities House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide software support to clients
∎ Provide Software Training to clients
∎ Regularly monitor customer satisfaction
∎ Manage and monitor software projects
∎ Actively participate in all aspects on installation, training, integration, configuration, and testing of software
∎ Provide Post Production support
∎ Collect requirement from clients, explain to development team and deliver the requirement back to client
∎ Maintain continuous communication with development team
∎ Manage team members
∎ Provide regular update to management regarding client status
∎ Provide regular update to support management about individual performance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Create database, Table and run Queries & triggers, Data backup and restore
∎ Should be smart, energetic with excellent interpersonal & communication skills in English & Bengali
∎ Good knowledge on Excel is a STRONG PLUS
∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh Financial and Capital Markets is a STRONG PLUS
∎ Knowledge on Financial Accounting is a STRONG PLUS
∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh Stock Market is a STRONG PLUS
∎ Document, assign, and monitor all projects issues to ensure clearance with minimal impact to project progress
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
