Job Context:
∎ International software company with Head Office in Sydney, Australia.
∎ Fast-growing. development team based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and execute test plans
∎ Ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify existing or potential issues
∎ Execute and evaluate test reporting
∎ Able to efficiently work and prioritize on multiple projects
∎ Provide recommendations for improvement of applications to stakeholders
∎ Participate in the evaluation and selection of new QA strategies and technologies
∎ Create better documentation format (in English) for testing progress/ result management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 year of testing experience on web-based and mobile based applications
∎ Working experience as a Software Developer is a plus, but not essential
∎ Experience with QA testing tools and methodologies
∎ Experience with bug tracking tool (Jira, Redmind or other similar tools)
∎ Good understanding of the software development life cycle
∎ Understanding of SQL and relational database concepts
∎ Hands on experience on API testing
∎ Knowledge of version control tools (Bitbucket, Sourcetree)
∎ Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS
∎ Good skills on Business Analysis, High Level Design, Automated Code Design is preferable
∎ Able to work autonomously or as part of a development team (depending on the project).
∎ Eager to advance their knowledge and skills.
