Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a talented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our fast-growing global technology team. In this role, you will transform complex datasets into meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions across multiple business functions. You will work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver high-impact dashboards, reports, and data solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple systems (product usage, CRM, ERP, marketing platforms).

• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Generate weekly/monthly analytics summaries for management, highlighting performance trends and key insights.

Product & User Insights

• Analyze user behaviour, product performance, and feature adoption to support software development and product management teams.

• Identify improvement areas in user experience and product functionality using data-driven insights.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to define KPIs and measure success of new releases/features.

Data Management & Quality

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data used across the organization.

• Work with engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and database structures.

• Recommend improvements to data systems, workflows, and reporting infrastructure.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and propose data-backed solutions.

• Present insights and recommendations through clear visualizations, presentations, and reports.

• Train departments on using BI dashboards and self-service analytics tools.
