∎ Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts.
∎ Ensure all software applications meet business, functional, and technical requirements.
∎ Identify, log, and track bugs using tools.
∎ Perform detailed testing for web and mobile applications, including API testing.
∎ Document and report test results clearly and accurately in English.
∎ Suggest improvements to enhance application usability, performance, and reliability.
∎ Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
∎ Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA practices, tools, and processes.
∎ Work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
