Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out project activities from project initiation to project closer
∎ Prepare assigned project resources with necessary project-related information, ensuring proper understanding of project requirements, roles & responsibilities, work processes, and success criteria.
∎ Implement the necessary project management practices. Maintain Project Charter, Project management plans, WBS, Schedule, issues, Risks, Project Dashboard, Project Status Report, Project Closer Report, Project Lesson Learned etc
∎ Manage the project plan, issues list, and other supporting documents throughout the project in an effort to maintain client expectations and project milestone success.
∎ Work with various team members (both Internal functional teams and customer teams) to resolve project and process issues in a timely manner and document any issues
∎ Communicate and publish project status to the project stakeholders and team.
∎ Serves as liaison between the company and customer in order to ensure all implementation requirements and targets are met.
∎ Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure all targets and requirements are met.
∎ Providing update to the steering committee & Management Team. Strong monitoring & follow-up to achieve results
∎ Creates, updates and maintains resource/project calendars.
∎ Capable to manage shared resources.
∎ Monitors and tracks all escalated issues to resolution.
∎ Manage project scope to meet project success criteria
∎ Assist with developing new processes, template and tools that improve the performance and effectiveness of the project management delivery.
∎ Ensures projects are completed on schedule and on Budget.
∎ Ensures Implementation of project management tools and methodologies.
∎ Any project given by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
