Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborating with PMs, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of product features.
∎ Developing business requirements and technical specification documents
∎ Maintaining consistent feedback loops with internal stakeholders and users of our products to gather ideas and implement iterative changes
∎ Driving the daily sprints, and project managing a team of software engineers
∎ Responsible for feature-specific planning, feature roadmap development, and integration of feature vision with the larger product vision/strategy
∎ Addressing and responding to issues raised during the rollout and maintenance of specific features
∎ Documenting and communicating feature updates to stakeholders, launch updates for tech, and participate in product demos
∎ Conducting and facilitating user experience testing and research in collaboration with our designers
