∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborating with PMs, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of product features.
∎ Developing business requirements and technical specification documents
∎ Maintaining consistent feedback loops with internal stakeholders and users of our products to gather ideas and implement iterative changes
∎ Driving the daily sprints, and project manage a team of software engineers
∎ Responsible for feature-specific planning, feature roadmap development, and integration of feature vision with the larger product vision / strategy
∎ Addressing and responding to issues raised during rollout and maintenance of specific features
∎ Documenting and communicating feature updates to stakeholders, launch updates for tech, and participate in product demos
∎ Conducting and facilitating user experience testing and research in collaboration with our designers

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5+ years product management experience, several of which should include full ownership of a product roadmap and vision
∎ Strong technical skills to oversee the platforms that support our internal and user apps, including a deep understanding of software design, data structures and APIs
∎ System design thinking to ensure scalability of our platforms
∎ Lead with data and research, not assumption
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Shipped a variety of products requiring cross-functional teamwork
∎ Highly organized and detailed - you write detailed user stories, maintain your backlog, and set clear goals
