Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 45 years
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
- Strong command of .NET technologies (.NET MVC, .NET Core).
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as Next.js or React.js.
- Solid experience in SQL Server—including database design, query optimization, and management.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, closures, and ES6+ concepts.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Git version control.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with Angular or other frontend frameworks.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
- Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot for enhanced productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain Applications: Design, build, and maintain web applications and APIs using Node.js and .NET. Ensure scalability, performance, and clean architecture.
- Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries, create views and stored procedures, and ensure overall database performance.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and fellow developers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough testing to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across applications and databases.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate innovative solutions into the development process.
