Job Context:
∎ We are a software development company looking for a technical project manager who can manage our projects and make sure smooth delivery to our clients. As a project manager, we expect you to manage tasks of approx. 30+ software engineers located in Dhaka and Chittagong office.
∎ The candidate must have the followings:
∎ Knowledge of project estimation techniques
∎ Good decision-making abilities at the right time
∎ Previous experience of managing a similar type of projects
∎ Good communication skill to meet the customer satisfaction
∎ Must encourage all the team members to successfully develop the product
∎ Must know the various type of risks that may occur and the solution for these problems

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project planning and management: You will be responsible for creating a project plan that outlines the project's goals, objectives, scope, timelines, milestones, and budget. You will also manage the project team, resources, and stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
∎ Risk management: You will identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. This includes assessing risks associated with the project's technical requirements, team dynamics, and external factors.
∎ Communication: You will serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including the project team, clients, vendors, and management. You will communicate project updates, progress, and challenges, and ensure that all parties are informed of the project's status.
∎ Resource allocation: You will allocate resources to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. This includes managing team members, contractors, and other resources.
∎ Quality assurance: You will ensure that the project meets the highest standards of quality. This includes conducting quality assurance testing, reviewing code, and ensuring that the project meets all requirements.
∎ Project documentation: You will create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other documentation as needed.
∎ Continuous improvement: You will identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to improve the project management process, team performance, and project outcomes.
