∎ Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.

∎ Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, designers, and stakeholders. Assign tasks and ensure resource availability and allocation. Foster team collaboration and resolve conflicts.
∎ Stakeholder Communication:
∎ Serve as the main point of contact between the team and stakeholders.
∎ Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.
∎ Manage expectations and incorporate feedback.
