Educational Requirements:
∎ Higher Diploma/ Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Java, WordPress
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in the design and architecture of the web application consistent with the business requirement and technical specifications
∎ Work with REST APIs to WordPress systems with Microsoft Azure AD
∎ Work on the client-side configuration of AWS services such as SES, CloudFront
∎ Provide support for the current WordPress based systems by identifying, diagnosing, and providing a resolution
∎ Work with cross-functional teams/end users to develop new features for existing systems
∎ Contribute to the project planning process by proving estimates of effort and elapsed time for the assigned task, share advice on any deviation from the project plan and recommend corrective action to the team
∎ Provide subsequent support and training for end users when necessary
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 years of active and progressively responsible experience related to the technical aspects of application development, web development and all phases of system development life cycle
∎ Strong knowledge of HTMLS, PHP, WordPress, Bootstrap, JavaScript, React, Redux, Node.js, Express.js, MySQL, PostgreSQL, REST APls, Git - Additional experience with React Native, MongoDB, GraphQL, AWS, Microsoft Azure
∎ Good understanding of e-commerce process and mobile development preferred but not mandatory
∎ Strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills in system design, development, version control and documentation
∎ Ability to take initiatives and manage multiple tasks
∎ Self-directed, results-oriented and enthusiastic about contributing new ideas
∎ Native-communication skills in English (written and spoken)
