∎ Skills Required: Business Analyst, CSS, Documentation, HTML, Project Management, Software QA, Wireframing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Data Analyst, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Programmer/ Software Engineer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Software Company, Web Media/Blog
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements with clients.
∎ Analyzes the business domain, documents its processes and systems, outlines business requirements, and matches a software business model with the software being built.
∎ Wireframing and working with UI/UX designers in scoping process
∎ Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with decision makers, end user etc.
∎ Identification of changes and early communication with stakeholders
∎ Defining project deliverables and assessing potential risks along the way
∎ Capable of researching and analyzing large amounts of data, based on which they'll come up with realistic and manageable deliverables for your software development life cycle
∎ Define clear-cut deadlines and the scope of work that should be completed within any given time frame
∎ Produce documentation that will define the life cycle from start to finish
∎ Assisting QA Team with Test Case review
∎ Keeping everyone on the right track, in the loop, and empowering cross-departmental collaboration whenever necessary
∎ Spot software issues and bring customer complaints to light.
∎ Organize efficient meetings and come up with a strategy to fix the bugs and resolve issues.
∎ Find ways to adjust the project plan with the new goals and deliverables.
∎ Negotiate between different teams when there are conflicts.
∎ Able to handle the core digital tools for your project to succeed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong communication in English.
∎ Quick learner and ability to grasp complex concepts quickly
∎ BRD, SRS and Technical documentation
∎ Wireframing skills and understanding of App and Web App UI
∎ Analytical thinker
∎ Must be able to observe a problem from different angles within the business, including a target user and that of a technical expert
∎ Proficient research skills, logical thinking, and presentation skills
∎ A strong background with different analytical techniques including Interface Analysis, Feasibility Analysis, and SWOT Analysis is required
∎ Decision-maker
∎ Assess a situation, including risks and benefits, receive feedback from stakeholders, and select a course of action.
∎ Ability to work in a collaborative environment
