Job Context:
∎ INCIDIN Bangladesh is seeking an organized, relational Social Worker to support the work of this nonprofit organization which targets the 1 month-5 years old group where the care is least available and the need is most urgent. This position assists the NightCare Center Manager in connecting mothers involved with the center to needed services, counseling, assitance, etc...
∎ SUPERVISORY DUTIES: None. This position works with NightCare Center Manager and NightCare Operations Liason as needed.
∎ This job description covers the current range of duties. It will be reviewed from time to time and altered as needs change. INCIDIN Bangladesh reserves the right to adjust the JD when needed.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create care plans for mothers based on their individual goals and needs- collaborate with the NightCare manager to create care plans for individual mothers that involve possible future goals and services, needs to address, and most compassionate practices when working with that individual mother and child.
∎ Maintaining liaison with the like-minded organizations, local entities, government officials, different service providers to create a network- build relationships with the like-minded organizations, local entities, government officials and different service providers to provide needed referral services for mothers aswell as develop partnerships.
∎ Respond to any crisis as needed - during center hours be on call for any needs the manager might have, go to the local police districts as needed, respond to arrests and abandonment cases as needed while coordinating with the center manager and other focal staff, response in any emergency issues to protect children and mothers from disaster/hazard/risks.
∎ Manage daytime center needs-as NightCare will operate overnight and most of NightCare staff schedules will involve overnight hours, assist with daytime operations as this positon operates in the daytime
∎ Coordinate and communicate with other NightCare staff as needed - communicate center/mother/child needs with the NightCare Operations Liason, provide any needed information for policy, procedure, and financial audits.
∎ Record keeping and documentation- Ensure documents and records are maintained filing systems, Provide all related information in the children's individual file on regular basis, assist in preparing monthly, half-annual and annual reports and other relevant reports as per requirement.
∎ Assist Nightcare Manager in implementing program activity- Assist Nightcare Manager to organize different activities and other related programs.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
