Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Run community based socialization center on social issues, social development and initiate case management for children who are at greater risk of sexual exploitation.
∎ Fact finding and refer survivors of girl child to shelter home of ACD.
∎ Conduct session with children using Standardized Adolescent Empowerment Package in community and socialization center.
∎ Ensure project activities are implemented according to established project principles with adequate child participation.
∎ Engage Peer Leaders and children to voice opinions and demand services for children and their protection through social media campaign.
∎ Local level advocacy and arrange mass awareness campaigns/ events.
∎ Organize parents meetings on positive parenting for developing positive norms around sexual exploitation of children.
∎ Manage, implement and delivery the activities’ work plan and reporting.
∎ Maintain coordination with project team and reporting standards and overseeing the work at different level.
∎ Prepare children database, event report, monthly report and work plan.
∎ Networking with stakeholders to ensure appropriate mechanisms so that children are able to access their rights.
∎ Conscientious and efficient in meeting commitments, observing deadlines and achieving results.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experiences on providing psychosocial care and support to survivors.
∎ Ability to convey information in an insightful and structured manner, both in written and oral presentations.
∎ Excellent management and organizational skills and ability to work independently.
∎ Experience in networking, advocacy and community mobilization.
∎ Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office specially Office, Excel, Power Point, etc.
∎ Consultative and collaborative approach to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
∎ Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholder and beneficiaries.
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Travel and communication allowance may be provided as per organizational policy.
