- Knowledge and experience on program planning, activities and project cycle.

Job Context:
Association for Community Development (ACD) is looking for a suitable applicant for the position of Project Coordinator who will be responsible for implementing a project. It is a managerial position with strong leadership, management, coordination and reporting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction, oversight and leadership to project staffs to manage the project.
- Strengthen knowledge of men and women on gender, human rights, migrant’s rights, access to information and services from government.
- Need assessments of target groups, project management and advocacy.
- Develop communication and visibility materials featuring government services.
- Organize training on project management, monitoring and documentation for staffs.
- Ensure the quality and impact of the program and ensuring that gender equity is addressed.
- Represent the program at meetings, workshops and training with stakeholders for effective dialogue and advocacy at district, Upazila and Union level.
- Ensure that project activities are implemented according to established project principles with adequate migrants’ participation.
- Maintain liaison with government departments, local elected bodies, city corporation and relevant service providers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual report and case studies as per deadlines.
