Job Responsibilities:
∎ Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites.
∎ Maintain active social media presence, posting regularly to social networks like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter etc.
∎ Monitoring users’ engagement with and feedback on every posts.
∎ Update and maintain existing company website including content and structure and optimize content throughout the website.
∎ Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content publishing, content administration and engagement.
∎ Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing and display advertising.
∎ Collaborate and communicate with other office members to answer any queries.
∎ Provide ongoing social media content, participate in online conversations, manage online reputation and monitor engagement.
∎ Engage with targeted audience by responding to questions, complaints, comments and solicit feedback.
∎ Create unique and high-quality digital content for Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.
∎ Create content for online marketing campaigns.
∎ Gather, analyze, and report on social media metrics.
∎ Improve customer engagement using various marketing strategies.
∎ Stay up to date with the latest trends, updates and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Exceptional knowledge of leading social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
∎ In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content management systems.
∎ Portfolio of social media campaigns handled in the past.
∎ Having outstanding copywriting skills would be an added benefit.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Basic customer service skills.
∎ Good time management skills.
